Eric Carter
Owner
Eric is originally from Oklahoma. He attended culinary school in Florida. Afterwords he became executive chef and managing partner in BBRG, Bravo and Brio concepts. He spent 20 years building and promoting the restaurants from 5 units to 125 units. After being transferred to Orlando, he retired from restaurant operations to become partner in OVRS, a company created by his wife of 30 years, Susan. Eric spends his spare time watching his favorite college team, Oklahoma Sooners.
Susan Carter
Owner
Susan Carter Susan hails from Alabama but spent her growing up years as an Army brat traveling the world. Her background ranges from teaching school to manager of high volume restaurants, before starting OVRS. It was always a dream to create a business that allowed the family to work together. Susan loves Florida, the beach, and spending time with the family. On occasion she watches her favorite team, Alabama Crimson Tide. She is also director of an animal rescue which saves 1,000’s of endangered domestic pets yearly

Operations & Client Services Manager
I am an Operations/Client Services Manager, with over 30 years in the professional industry, and have focused the last eight years in Property Management. My hard work and dedication are concentrated to deliver strong financial results, cost effective operations, streamlining processes to achieve and maintain a strong and healthy business and client relationship.
Mark Suit
Maintenance Manager
Mark came to OVRS after 20 years as regional manager with Precision Tune. His mechanical skills, dedication to detail, and organizational skills are a great asset to OVRS. His favorite pastimes are watching any sport that his favorite college team, University of Alabama, is playing and writing, composing, and recording music. Spending time with family is at the top of the list.
Caitlin Shiver
Office Manager
Cait moved to Florida in 2008 where she finished high school and attended Osceola Community College. She’s worked at Disney and was the clubhouse manager at Aviana Resort for 5 years. She came to work for OVRS in 2011 as office manager. She’s the proud momma of Aiden and 3 furrbabies. She loves the beach and going to Aiden’s soccer games.
Stacey M. Jones
Senior Property Inspector & Housekeeping Manager
Originally from New York State, she graduated high school and went on to work in a nursing and rehabilitation center in western New York.
Stacey’s family owned a hotel and restaurant called the Akron Hotel in upstate New York. Her grandparents also managed a small hotel near Rochester New York where she grew up helping her mother and grandmother prepare the rooms for their next guests!
“I’ve always had a passion for working in the hotel/restaurant industry. Anything to do with the hospitality really... I love it! It’s part of who I am!”
In 2016 Stacey began work as housekeeper for OVRS and was quickly promoted to Senior property inspector when we recognized her great attention to detail and organizational skills as well as her obvious love for the hotel and hospitality industry.
Brian Cacioppo
Pool Operations Manager
Brian hails from Staten Island, New York where He studied at Eaststroudsburg University. After moving to Florida he worked for Disney and a local property management co. He worked with the Aviana HOA as security officer. He came to OVRS as a pool tech and maintenance tech in 2019. His favorite past time is watching the Yankees and Dallas Cowboys.
