1. If you are interested, please contact us to check the rate and availability
2. If you decide to rent our villa, please read the Terms and Conditions, then download and print out the Booking Form and Agreement (click to download or below), fill in the information, sign it, then scan and email it to us.
3. Together with your completed booking form, we need the deposit required to secure your booking. To lock your booking the right way, please pay the deposit by credit card via the PayPal link below. We also accept money orders or personal checks.
4. Once we receive your signed booking form and deposit, we will send you an email confirmation, and then your booking will be completed.
5. Your full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date or as mutually agreed on the specific booking. Upon receipt, the $300 of the deposit will serve as a security deposit (please see Terms and Conditions for security deposit details). We will refund back to you two weeks after your departure if no damage was done to the house. About two weeks prior to your arrival date, we'll send you the directions and lock box number to your villa.
