PLEASE READ - OVRS TERMS & CONDITIONS/Airbnb T&C May Be Different
INITIAL PAYMENT - A $300 initial payment is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED - On all bookings 32 days or less prior to check-in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $300 refundable security deposit will be authorized on the day of check-in. Funds will be returned once the home has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition.
CANCELLATIONS - If cancelling 31 days or more prior to arrival, all payments are refundable less a 5% processing fee. If cancelling 30 days or less from the arrival date, there are no refunds.
POOL HEATING - (Pool heat is only recommended October 1 through April 30). Pool heating is $35.00 per day plus tax and must be added for the duration of your stay. If you are staying longer than 1 week, we have a one week minimum for pool heating. Please let us know at least 2-3 days before arrival if you would like to add it.
PET FRIENDLY - if home is pet-friendly, there will be a $125 plus tax mandatory pet fee added after booking. We will need to know what type of pet, size and how many pets staying in the home. There are requirements which must be agreed to: dogs and cats only, all dogs must be on a leash at any time they are out of the unit, pets must be crated when owners are not present, all pets must be up to date on rabies vaccines. NO SAME DAY BOOKING RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 9 A.M.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside of the unit but never allowed inside.
COMMUNITY RULES: All rules, including parking rules, must be followed by the guests. Most communities have a limited number of vehicles allowed per home. Some do not allow street parking. Some have designated street parking. All do not allow guests to park on grass or across sidewalks.
